Return Policy

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to qualify for a return, items must be shipped and on their way back to us within 30 days of the original receipt date.

Return Guidelines:
Item(s) must be packaged within a separate shipping box/packing pouch.

Item(s) must be received in “Like New” condition

Item(s) must include all original packaging, manuals, components, etc.

Item(s) that are opened, used or that do not meet these guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%

 

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have received an item that you're dissatisfied with and wish to exchange or return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the transportation cost of returning the item back to LocoMojo Band, as well as the cost incurred to initially have your package shipped as part of a free shipping promotion. The initial outgoing shipping is free only if you keep the item purchased. Any such costs will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the item and have thoroughly inspected your product, you will receive an email update.

 

Returned or Refused Shipments
If for any reason the shipping carrier is unable to deliver and a package is returned back, either as undeliverable or refused, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges, as well as any cost charged by the shipping carrier for the return or refusal.

 

Damaged or Missing Items
Upon accepting your delivery, please ensure that all items have been accounted for and received in good condition. If any ordered items are missing or have arrived damaged, you must not discard the packaging and must notify us immediately. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days and must also include images of all shipping boxes. In cases where shipping box images have not been provided, packaging has been discarded or more than 7 days have elapsed since delivery, we will not have the available tools or options to assist with a resolution.

 

Exceptions to return policy:
The following item types are ineligible for return:

Items returned without all original packaging and components, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.

Personal items including but not limited to: headphones, clothing, jewelry, drink ware etc.

Special effects machines including, but not limited to: Atmospheric effect machines and cold spark machines along with their accessories.

Custom cases.

Special order items.

Items with damage, including scratches, dents, dings or signs of heavy use.


LocoMojo Band reserves the right to deny any return that does not adhere to our said policies. Certain items are ineligible for return. By purchasing from LocoMojo Band you acknowledge all posted guidelines and policies.
